Evolution, Achievements and Challenges of the PCFA

We look forward to hearing from Prof Jeff Dunn AO on the evolution, achievement and challenges of the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia.

Members of our club know that in 1996 the PCFA was founded by the Lane Cove Rotary Club, the driving force behind it by now Hon. Member Roger Climpson AOM, who at the time was diagnosed with prostate cancer  

Prof. Jeff Dunn was appointed CEO of PDFA in March of this year and. Previously for over 15 years he was the CEO off the Queensland Cancer Council Queensland.

Amongst his many other professional achievements; since 2017 Jeff has been Professor of Social and Behavioural Science at the University of Southern Queensland (USQ). In addition, he also holds Adjunct Professorships at Griffith University and University of Technology Sydney.
