Greatfulness - Jacqui Jones

Youth Suicide is the number 1 cause of death for young people aged 15-24 years and Lane Cove local, Jacqui Jones is on a mission to help.   After overcoming depression herself, Jacqui has used this experience and her background in education and training to develop a wellbeing program that is now being run in primary schools.  Greatfulness is a 6 week program that teaches children how to proactively look after their mental health. The program is endorsed by the NSW Education Standards Authority and Kidsmatter (the mental health initiative of the Australia Government). 

Jacqui will be coming to talk about the program and share some stories in regards to the young people that she has worked with.
