Naoko Page is a Certified Yoga Instructor and co-owner of Fluxelife, a local company educating and supporting participants on various health topics such as fitness and yoga using virtual platforms. She believes that everyone has the ability to heal themselves. Her passion is to teach people the importance of mental hygiene and managing stress - which can lead to many preventable illnesses. She has spent the last 3 1/2 years as a Stress Management Specialist for the ‘Ekahi Ornish Program helping hundreds of participants learn how to take control of minds and bodies to make better choices for a healthier, happier life.
Lily Pentlin manages the Fluxelife online fitness classes and coaching programs. She has earned her degree in Exercise Science and is also a certified Exercise Physiologist and Health Coach. She is passionate about educating others on the benefits of exercise and helping create individualized programs designed for success. Her personal goal is to help others develop a positive relationship with exercise and fitness that is sustainable throughout their lives.
