BIO:  Robert was born in Honolulu and raised in Kailua. Robert joined HPD in 1981 and served for 30 years. In 2005 Robert joined Toastmasters and shortly he obtained the Distinguished Toastmaster designation. Soon after he became the Toastmasters District Governor and led all the Toastmasters in the State of Hawaii. Robert Cravalho is a retired Honolulu police officer with over 30 years of service. His expertise is in executive leadership, administrative communication, and conflict management. Robert joined Toastmasters International in 2005 and is a past District 49 Governor. He Is one of 82 accredited speakers in the world and the first from District 49. Robert has demonstrated his ability to combine his expertise with the mastery of the spoken word. His client list includes government agencies, corporate organizations, and charity groups. On February 22, 2020 Robert was one of the featured TEDxHickam Speakers.  He presented his TEDx 20/20 Vision and topic on 'Conflict'.  Robert is passionate about helping others to be successful and is grateful to be a part of the District 49 Speaker’s Bureau.
