Please join us for our weekly meeting. This meeting will be only on Zoom! Our usual informal happy (half) hour begins at 6:00 pm, and the bell rings at 6:30 pm to formally start the meeting.
Our speaker this week will be Jay Andrews, who will talk
about the ASSURE-19 project, Oceanit’s COVID-19 saliva test system. He works closely with the Oceanit scientists in the development of ASSURE-19 and is a spokesman for the company in communicating with government entities, potential customers, potential partners, and the general public. As Director of Marketing at Oceanit, Jay oversees all marketing and corporate communications for Oceanit Laboratories Inc. and Oceanit’s brands. He leads content production and strategy, PR and media efforts, advertising, web presence & social strategy, and branding. His team are “science communicators,” focused on social storytelling, design & video production, social media engagement, web infrastructure, and corporate & product branding - all in the service of amplifying the innovation done at Oceanit.

Jay graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2008, earning a B.S. in Environmental Design & Architecture.
