• 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Setup for the Honolulu Marathon will start at 4:00am.  Because anyone coming will have to cross the race line at the Kahala Mall corner, the first shift will be 4:00am - 9:00am.  Trying to cross at 9:00am will be a huge challenge which is why HBA Interact will work the entire day (no shifts).  I gave McKinley the option of shifts, second one being 9:00am - 2:00pm as I'm not sure how long they are used to working a project, and I think they'll be able to "run" along in the race for 1/2 block to get to the other side of the street.  Police will not stop the runners for crossers.  If we have about 100 workers, it should be good, though 125 is supposed to be comfortable if there's people changing in and out of shifts.  We may also be given other people to help us (they normally assign random helpers to us that morning.
