Kids Bike Swap

DONATE A KIDS BIKE Do you have any old kids bikes to donate? Drop them off June 4th between 10:00am – 12:00pm.

ARE YOU HANDY? Come and join our team of staff/volunteers and help clean and repair the bikes between 11:00am – 4:00pm.

NEED A KIDS BIKE? Ride ready bikes can be picked up by families in need from 2:00pm – 4:00pm. A waiting list will be created if there is high demand.

Recycle Bicycle was created in 2007 with the simple idea of fixing donated bicycles and providing them to locals in need. In 2016, Squamish Helping Hands Society took over the program to support families and individuals who could not afford bicycles. Through the program, hundreds of bikes have been donated, repaired and then given to those in need. We have had a bit of a break during COVID and are ready to relaunch the program this summer. Rotary is a leadership organization made up of local business, professional and civic leaders. Rotarians support the Rotary Foundation which is a charity to do good in the world and locally their focus is to support and serve the community. This Bike Drive and the future growth of the Recycle Bicycle program has been made possible with the generosity of donations from the Squamish Rotary Club
