Distilleries and Wines in Reno

Dennis is currently the President of Nevada Vines & Wines, a non-profit he started about 4 years ago to foster viticulture & enology in Northern Nevada. He is also the President of the Nevada Wine Coalition, a political action committee that was formed last year to change the law to allow commercial wineries to operate in Washoe County. The committee was successful in getting Assembly Bill 4 passed this last Legislative session, which will now allow commercial wineries to make & sell wine in  Washoe & Clark County.

Dennis will talk about how the process began, where it is today, and what is in store for the future.
