Visit Lemelson Elem kids at Science Camp

Fellow Rotarians,  Want to go to SCIENCE CAMP???

We're going to head up to see the Lemelson STEM Academy 6th grade students we're sending to Science Camp.  We'll watch the kids learning in action and then have a chance to eat lunch with them before heading back to Reno.  Please sign up or email me at eatond@gmail.com if interested or with any questions.  Should be a blast!  

Who:  Any Rotarians or significant others / guests -- the more the merrier

What:  Observe our investment into Lemelson STEM Academy by seeing their 6th graders learn at science camp

When:  Sept 14th -- depart 10am return 1:30pm

​Where:  Meet downtown to carpool (190 E Liberty, Reno, 89511) and we'll drive together to Grizzly Creek Ranch (about 45 minutes from downtown Reno -- 5900 Grizzly Road, Portola, 96122)

Why:  It is great fun to see these kiddos learning and growing in a wholly new environment for them!

How:  Bring a hat and some good walking shoes.  If anyone has a mobility challenge or food allergy / dietary restriction, we can accommodate for those really easily, just let me know ahead of time.
