Introduction for Kathy Hall
Kathy Hall is the Director of Oncology Clinical Operations at Baylor Scott & White Health for the Austin/Round Rock Region.
Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Texas State University,  a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Texas Austin, an MBA in Health Care Administration from Lake Forest Graduate School, and completed a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin.
Prior to joining Baylor Scott & White in October 2016, Kathy lived in Chicago, Illinois for 24 years where she worked as a nurse and directed 2 cancer programs.
Kathy worked for AMITA Health in the western suburbs of Chicago as Director of Oncology Services, where she served as the project manager for launching a $48 million-dollar Cancer Center in Hinsdale, Illinois  - opened in 2016.

Kathy worked for Northwestern’s Delnor Hospital in Geneva, Illinois as the Director of Oncology, and launched the DaVinci Robot program; the Delnor Center for Breast Health, and served as the project manager for the $36 million dollar Delnor Cancer Center –  opened in 2013.  

Prior to work in oncology and program development, Kathy worked for Merck and as Registered Nurse in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Chicago’s Rush University Medical Center.
After enduring 24 cold winters, Kathy – who is also a Round Rock High School graduate - is pleased to return “home” to her family in Austin, and winters in the 60-70’s (above zero).
