What new in the Parks and Recreation Dept.

James Hemenes is the Parks & Recreation Director for the City of Pflugerville and has been with the City almost two years.  James is a Licensed Landscape Architect and has worked in the Parks & Recreation field since the age of seventeen (17).  He is most proud of providing several communities with new parks and recreation facilities through the completion of projects totaling over fifty million dollars.  When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Mary, daughter Reagan, yellow lab Anna and his Jeep Rusty.  He can be reached at jamesh@pflugervilletx.gov.
