Deutschen Pfest 2015

Deutschen Pfest is May 15 – 17, 2015.

Sign up for your time slots to work Deutschen Pfest here http://vols.pt/pSZyYH It is important that all members, that are available, sign up to work Deutschen Pfest. This is an all hands on deck event. Sign up for as much as you can. Just signing up for 1 or 2 time slots will not be enough this year. We need everyone to sign up for as much as they are able.  

If you sign up for Thursday to set up, everyone will be meeting at our storage unit at 4:15pm. They will be arrive the park for set-up at 5pm. For those working during the Pfestival, please give yourself ample time (to find parking or take the shuttle), so that you can show up on time for your shift.

Rotarians working the Deutschen Pfest booths can purchase an $8 band for admittance to the park all weekend. Please see Janice at the noon meeting, or David Heath at the morning meeting to pre-pay for your band. Only pre-paid bands will be ordered. Deadline May 7^th.

You can also purchase a Dpfest Tshirt from the city (which many do), or pay regular admittance to the park.
