Westwood Elementary Breakfast Program – Safety Plan

Volunteers to arrive at 7:50 and now have to ring the doorbell at the front door to be let into the school, they will then be required to sign in at the front desk so that the school is aware they are in the building, they will then have to sanitize their hands (sanitizer supplied at sign in) and proceed to the breakfast room. Volunteers will be required to wear a mask and wear rubber gloves (supplied) You can wear your own mask or there will be masks provided if they do not have any

Anne will once again be joining us in the breakfast room and will be supervising the children. The children will be let into the building through the same door as last year, Anne will be making sure the children are social distancing and washing their hands before seating down to eat. The children are no longer able to help themselves to the food, the volunteers will be pouring the cereal and preparing their plates for them and will hand off the plate to them. The children will then eat and then asked to wash their hands after eating and exit the breakfast room and exit back through the door to outside. The children are no longer allowed to wander the school halls after eating and head to their classroom, they must go back outside and head to their own designated classroom doors.
