Panda Power Update

Ed Toufar has over 25-years of experience in the power industry and served in the US Navy.  Ed is the Operations Manager for the Panda Temple Power Plant located on the east loop in Temple, TX.  Ed relocated to Temple, TX in July 2013 from Houston, TX where he was an Operations & Maintenance Manager for the largest independent power producer in the United States.
