Tree Planting Service Project

Instead of meeting for lunch on July 10, we’ll gather at Alta ski resort on Friday, July 13, for a fun service project!  Bring the whole family and join us from 3 – 7 pm to plant trees (3pm - 5pm), followed by a BBQ on the deck at Alf's. There is no charge for guests! There is no charge for guests! Please bring your friends, work associates and family to help in this great project. We will plant a tree for every Rotarian in our Club! 

 

It will be a beautiful summer afternoon no matter what, but summer rain storms are common this time of year.  Raincoats and extra layers are recommended.

In addition to being prepared for the weather, come with the following items to ensure the best experience possible:

 

- Sturdy close-toed shoes (preferably waterproof)
- Clothing that can get dirty (long pants and sleeves for protection)
- Water bottle
- Your favorite sunblock/bug spray (we'll have some there, too)

 

We’ll provide tools and gloves but you’re welcome to bring your own.
