High School Speech Contest - Leadership Through Service
The Mighty Rotary Club of West Sacramento held it Annual High School Speech Contest. Under the leadership of Youth Leadership Chairs, Joanie Kapell and JoAnn Moffett, three outstanding students from River City High School Competed. The winner will compete at the Area Contest to be held in at the Elk Grove City Hall on March 24th.
