As a WEDO Ambassador, Andrea Welling is committed to strengthening Canada's entrepreneurial ecosystem by championing women-owned businesses and fostering collaboration within the community. She will share the insights that empower entrepreneurs and strengthen local business networks. Andrea will highlight the upcoming WEDO Vancouver Summit on November 17. Andrea is a business advisor, leadership coach, and proud Vancouver ambassador with the Women's Enterprise Organizations of Canada (WEDO). With more than 20 years of experience supporting entrepreneurs, business owners, and leaders, she is passionate about helping women build thriving businesses through practical strategy, meaningful connections, and increased confidence. She is the founder of Andrea Welling Leadership Coaching, where she helps leaders prevent burnout, build resilience, and lead with confidence.
