Second Annual HWCOM Rotary Club of Miami, Thomas Brown McClelland Scholar Pinning Event. 

In honor of the 8 HWCOM student recipients of the Thomas Brown McClelland Scholarship, they will be gifted and pinned with an official TBM Scholar lapel pin.  If they are a past awardee, the student will be recognized for being a continuing scholarship recipient.
