At Tuesday’s meeting, calendars and bags were distributed to club members for “Countdown to Kindness” (see attached calendar). From December 1st to December 24th, please collect the suggested items on the calendar. If the date contains a picture of a plate it is a food item for The Open Door Pantry, and if it is a box it is a new or gently used item for Second Glance - except for December 9th and 17th (NEW Chapstick and NEW socks to be donated to Action, Inc.). Get your family and friends involved and have some fun while helping our most vulnerable in our community.
Please see Serena Low on Tuesday if you need a bag. The Open Door will pick up bags during a lunch meeting in January. Please keep your bag with you until the day of pick-up. The pick-up date will be announced at an upcoming meeting.
