The trees arrived VERY early this year..... 8AM on Friday November 28....before we even had a chance to set up!!

A great big thanks are due to many reliable and loyal members and friends:  Bill Gowen who plowed our spot, delivered the trailer, assisted with the count, identified housekeeping items to address ... and brought the check book; Dave Rolfe, chief electrician, master hand and early arriver; Dick Labrecque who leant a hand to almost every task of the day; Paul Emery, who lead the tree count, did a coffee run and provided moral support, among other things; Bill Chadiwck, our very enthusiastic and cheery new member who leant a hand to almost every task, sang Christmas tunes, unwrapped and racked trees for sale AND stayed to sell some trees; Steve Rand, the energizer bunny, who seemed to be everywhere off loading trees, fencing, rack construction, stringing lights, hanging signs, testing the chainsaw AND handling the first day of selling; Jack Kivus, who brought his brother-in-law to do all the work (just kidding!) off loading trees, building racks, and setting up fencing; Frank Emery, post-hole whisperer and fence master; Christine Johnson who took on many small tasks and watched in awe as it all come together; and Karen and Jim Zabenko, Pat and Cliff Plummer's surrogates who came when we called for help and took a lead in organizing the trees into nice neat piles.

Many hands make light work.  Again, a great big thanks to all!
