Speaker - Laney Shaler

Laney Shaler, Director of Teacher Pathways and Development for Denver Public Schools (DPS) will be our speaker.  She will share information about DPS' effort to make the district the best place for teachers to begin their career. She will share details on district aims, and how the district works in collaboration with teacher preparation partners to increase the quality of training experiences candidates have before they lead a classroom of their own. The goal of these efforts is to support new teachers in getting better faster, so that they stay longer to positively impact students.
