Join us from 1pm - 4pm in Festival Park for a Halloween Party with the Downtown Merchants Association! Rotary will have a booth and the Duck will be waddling around the park. Please volunteer at the Rotary booth and celebrate with costumes, candy, inflatables, carnival games, hay ride and more!
