Holiday Party

Who:  all Evergreen Rotarians and your families

What:   Drinks, Children's Book Drive, Silent Auction, holiday fellowship

When:  Thursday,   December 8th,  from 5:00 - 9:00   (then DARK. We will not meet Friday morning on 12/9/16)

Where:  Hiwan Golf Club

Why:     to celebrate RI Foundation's 100th Anniversary, our first half of the Rotary year, the holiday season, and each other!

Dear Rotarians of Evergreen,

We are so grateful that we have this wonderful Rotary Club,  our closest friends and our family of choice. 

None of our activities and stewardship would be possible without the Rotary Foundation and we are excited to commemorate the Rotary Foundation's 100th Year!

Let us celebrate each other and RI Foundation's 100th Birthday by enjoying a beautiful evening of bright spirits, giving of children's books, and receiving of Silent Auction purchases.

We have exciting Holiday party plans. Please keep these items in mind:

1. The party is at HIWAN GOLF CLUB,   not the Lake House.
2. Bring a new, unwrapped CHILDREN'S BOOK (appropriate for ages ranging from  Infant - 10 yrs old) to be donated to EChO in honor of Rotary's literary focus.
3. Bring another book, your CHECK BOOK or CASH, to participate in the SILENT AUCTION!  Shop, support the Annual Fund, and leave the party with your winning items in your hands!  Donations to be auctioned off may be brought to a Rotary Meeting or to John Wingate's office by 12/01.  Our goal is to raise $3000!
4. Bring your family! ($35/guest, billed)   
5. SANTA will make a surprise appearance - if you bring your kids, bring a wrapped and name-labeled gift that Santa can present to them.

Theme - 100th Anniversary of RI Foundation

Attire - Spirited and Bright Holiday Attire. Be as formal as you would like to be.
