Join us for the Upper Bucks Foot and Ankle Run for Youth 10 Mile and 4 Mile races presented by the Quakertown Rotary. This challenging late winter 10 miler is a good test in advance of the spring race season while the 4 miler is a rolling out-and-back course for runners who prefer shorter distances. Both courses run through the rolling hills of Upper Bucks County and are well marked with signs and volunteers at all major intersections. While the roads are open, there is relatively little traffic. |

Natalie DiGiacomo Director of Community Outreach Bucks County SPCA.
For over a century, the Bucks County SPCA has provided a safe haven for animals who have been abandoned or lost, have been surrendered by their owners, or who have endured abuse or neglect. Under our care these animals transform from lost, frightened and unwanted into happy, secure pets. The homes they are welcomed into are similarly transformed into more joyous, loving places.
With our community’s support we have grown and expanded, now operating two shelters as well as extensive humane investigation and education programs. The Bucks County SPCA works to keep animals in their homes and out of the shelter system by offering public training classes, a behavior help line, temporary boarding for pets referred by a social service agency during emergencies and donating pet supplies to food pantries.
The Bucks County SPCA uses all available avenues to improve the welfare of animals in our county including: sheltering and adoption, humane investigation and education as well as outreach to help keep pets in homes. We are an independent nonprofit, and not part of a national organization or county government.
