RCA general assembly

This event is a general assembly meeting for the members of our service club. The event starts at 6:30 p.m. with cocktails. The meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. This meeting will be restricted to members only; unfortunately no guests are allowed to be present. Please be advised that we have a dress code, which is jacket and/or tie for the gentlemen. 

The agenda for this assembly meeting is:

1. Opening and hymns;
2. Invocation;
3. Attendance report;
4. Announcements;
5. Approval of minutes general assembly of September 6th, 2021;

6. Aproval of proposal of donation recipients;

7. Aproval of candidate as President for club year 2022-2023;

8. Free speech;
9. Adjournment without closing song due to the pandamic.
