This event is a general assembly meeting for the members of our service club. The event starts at 6:30 p.m. with cocktails. The meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. This meeting will be restricted to members only. Unfortunately no guests are allowed to be present. Please be advised that we have a dress code, which is jacket and/or tie for the gentlemen.
The agenda for this assembly meeting is:
1. Opening and hymns;
2. Invocation;
3. Attendance report;
4. Announcements;
5. Approval of minutes general assembly of November 22nd, 2021;
6. Approval of board of officers and directors 2022-2023;
7. Approval of budget 2022-2023;
8. Proposal of donation recipients Raffle June 5th, 2022;
9. Free speech;
10. Adjournment with closing song.
+ This meeting will be hybrid; it will also be available on Zoom for our fellow Rotarians not able to be physically present.
