Celebrate the Past, Create the Future

 

I wanted to share an update and progress report on the upcoming District Conference 2018.

Our theme this year is “Celebrate the Past…Create the Future”.

 

We have exciting plans in place and a wide range of guest speakers and forum presenters.

I am writing to you regarding the House of Friendship and Conference Program Ads. 

 

Attached are the forms to

review with your club president and club service members regarding participation.

 

Also, your help in posting on your Facebook pages about the event would be helpful as well.

 

Here are the forms that give you direction on how to reserve a tabletop at the House of Friendship and

how to reserve Ad space in our Conference Program booklet.

 

For the Ads, some ideas come to mind perhaps 

 

• congratulating our incoming President and thanking your

    outgoing President.

 

• A Fundraiser coming up after June would be a great way to advertise…

 

• Your Club and/or members you would like to highlight, etc.

 

We look forward to working with you in promotion and seeing you at the conference.

 

 

Lastly If any of you would like to volunteer as a photographer , please let me know.  We have multiple

events to handle and can use your professional photo skills to capture the event atmosphere and fellowship!
