Summer BBQ with New Zealand Rotarian Guests

Our club is very pleased to be hosting 6 Rotarian couples from District 9970 (South Island of New Zealand.  These 12 people will be visiting various communities within District 5020 from September 6 to 22.  Nanaimo is their first stop, and they will be here from Thursday September 7 until Sunday September 10.

To welcome them, and to get to know more about their clubs, we are holding a BBQ evening at the residence of James and Jodie Williams who were part of a reciprocal exchange last February.  

The cost per person will be $25, and people are asked to bring the beverage of their choice as well as a lawn chair.  Along with the 12 NZ guests, we are hoping to have the presidents of the other 4 Nanaimo clubs. As we have room for only 60 people in total, we are inviting current (and 2016-17) members and their partners only.

This will be a really fun event and we want to make our visiting Rotarians feel welcome, so we hope you will make sure to attend.
