Dear District 7780 Rotarians,

I have received several question about Rotary's position on the Ukraine and where people can donate to assist those in need.

District 7850, in northern NH and Northern VT has recommended World Central Kitchen (WCK), because they work with this organization as they responded to the hurricane in Puerto Rico.
