While addressing the members of Rotary Forest-Hill, Audrey emphasized that proper planning should be done before making any decision to acquire help from a PSW (Personal Support Worker). She suggested that it would be a better idea to hire caregivers through reliable agencies.  She advised the members to consider the three C's while making the decision to choose a center as a health care facility: (a)  the type of care required. (b) the cost element (c) the choice of residence.

While elaborating the difference between the Mosaic Home Care and other community centers, Jane informed our members that their community center also provides a free educational program open to the community and includes resource centers as well. These resource centers are situated in three major areas of city, where families and individuals can visit and get the information they need. Mosaic Home Care has also partnered with the Alzheimer Society to provide the necessary information about the disease to those who need it.
