Scott Coffee Rotary Run

The run starts at 8:30 AM on Saturday, June 3rd. If we have any wheelchair registrations, they go off at 8:30 AM. Individual runners and relays will start at 8:35 AM. The walkers start immediately after the runners are out of sight on Main Street at the start. So I would say 8:40. All volunteers should be at their corners and intersections by 8:10 AM.

New members--this is an all Club event so please plan to volunteer that morning.  This is one of the club's largest fundraisers.  Last year $35,000 was raised which funded the student scholarships that we awarded to deserving high school students.

A volunteer sign up sheet for all members is circulating.  Paul Canton asked that you confirm or cross out your last year's assignment.

We are encouraging multiple time slot signups (ex. if you are signed up to patrol an intersection during the race, please consider returning to MCH to help with cleanup).  Hours for all shifts are listed on the signm up sheet.
