Our annual Veterans recognition is this Wednesday November 10th. Pottstown Rotary Club will welcome eight local Veterans as guests to our traditional annual Veteran's Day observance, thanks to arrangerments made by member Frank Strunk. Our members will also be bringing family who have served, or who are currently in active service. Please come to share our respect and gratitude for their service to the country.
All Veteran club members and guests are invited to wear something from your service days.
This is always a great event for not only the Veterans but for all the club members. Everyone is encouraged to come out, hear some stories, learn about the Veterans and say "Thank You Your Service."
Military service is the ultimate Service Above Self.
Potttsown Rotary Club has a long history of support for our Veterans, beginning with the World War One memorial sponsored by our Club, still located at the southeast corner of HIgh and Washington Streets in Pottstown (former site of the US Post Office, now the Library).
