Pottstown Cluster Meal Preparation*

Community meal for Pottstown people in need.  A grab and go meal is made and handed out those in need. 

Rotary will be in charge of making sandwiches, and preparing, and destributing meals as needed.  Meet at Trinity United Church of Christ at 3:30PM to make up the bags.

Meals are to be prepared prior to the doors opening at 4:50PM and the meals will be served between 5:00 and 5:45PM.  Anyone that is serving food must have their heads covered AT ALL TIMES - a baseball cap is an acceptable head covering.  All servers, including drink servers, MUST wear gloves when serving.  Following the meal, Rotary will be responsible for wiping down the tables and chairs that were used for dining, placing chairs on top of the tables, dry sweeping the dining area floor, cleaning up the kitchen from any use, and putting away any "house" kitchen items that were used in preparation of the meal.  

Looking for a total of 6 volunteers (3 volunteers per shift) to help.  There will be a prep shift from 3:30 to 5:00 and a clean-up shift from 5:00 to 6:30.
