Future World Leaders Part II

Our January 2021 guest speaker Aastha Bansal will have completed her freshman year at Emory U in Atlanta by the time she gives her presentation. Learn about Aastha's first year at university, how her charity The Future Einsteins has grown, and what new accomplishments she has had in the past school year.

In her words~
I am a member of the student organization Emory Remote Area Medical (RAM). I wanted to reach out to ask for your help with our fundraising efforts.

Remote Area Medical™ is a larger nonprofit organization that sets up weekend clinics with partnered communities across the United States. These clinics provide free medical, dental, and vision care to underserved or uninsured individuals. In the greater part of Georgia, there are many remote areas where there is a lack of access to healthcare resources. Nowadays, the number of rural hospital foreclosures is steadily increasing. By providing free and publicly accessible care, RAM empowers local communities by improving the health of thousands of individuals.

By supporting this project, you can help my organization work towards accomplishing our two goals: sending a group of Emory students to volunteer at various free clinics set up by RAM throughout the year and helping our group plan and set up our own clinic to be hosted in Fall 2021 in Louisville, Georgia in partnership with RAM. We have raised $11,000 but need to reach our goal of $40,000! I would like to invite you to help us bring healthcare to rural Georgia. Donations of any size are highly appreciated.
