We will be having a post holiday party at Nostos Greek Restaurant in Allentown on Friday, Jan 12th at 6:30 pm. The price per person, including gratuity (18%) will be about $34 per person. We need a minimum of 25 guests for the evening, although Nostos can accommodate more. Reservations can be made by clicking here to email Barb Bigelow.
Menu: There will be a combo of 5 cold appetizers that are served with pita wedges
Rotarians choose from one of the following entrees:
- Veggie Moussaka: baked layers of potatoes, eggplants and zucchini topped with a béchamel sauce
- Broiled Cod: served with choice of potato or vegetable
- Chicken Saganaki: sautéed chicken with ouzo, scallions, peppers, garlic, fresh tomato, basil and feta cheese, served with rice
All meals will come with a dinner salad and dinner rolls. Dessert will consist of a combo of Baklava (layered phyllo with almonds, walnuts and honey syrup) and Galaktoboureko (Semolina custard in phyllo dough with lemon zest syrup). They will also serve coffee.
