Citations

PDG Karen DeMatteo presented Past President Jeff Gilbert with two citations for the Rotary Club of the Stroudsburgs for efforts during his leadership during 2019-20. Rotary International awarded the Club with the Rotary Citation Gold for helping Rotary Connect the World. PDG Karen also presented a Certificate of Appreciation from the Rotary Foundation for the Club's financial support of End Polio Now: Countdown to History Campaign. The citation reads "Together we will fulfill our promise to the children of the world and eradiate polio." Past President Jeff thanked Rotarian Dave Super and his team and their efforts in the Pints and Pinot for Polio campaign in the fall of 2019. Past President Jeff credited PDG Karen for her inspiration and encouragement of the Club to consistently demonstrate Service above Self.
