Stroudsburg Area School District Meal Delivery

Stroudsburg Area School District (SASD) will be continuing the school lunch program through the summer and would like our assistance to ensure students get these lunches. We need your help to support SASD in this initiative. If you can't do it but know someone who can, please give them my contact information.

We have been working with SASD by assisting with meal deliveries throughout the district since the end of April as part of our Community Support Initiative.  

The district needs one volunteer to go with a bus driver. Report time to the bus garage near the stadium is 9:40am. The bus leaves at 9:45am to go to Chipperfield Elementary to load up the food totes. The bus goes to various stops and returns to the garage by 1:30-1:45pm. The volunteers assist in handing out the food bags to families at the designated stops. The bus route runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Although they stated that only one person is needed, if you would like to do this with a friend that would be fine. 

If you are interested and able to support this initiative, please indicate which days you are available to support in your response. I will send out additional requests for July and August.
