Kelly Blechertas and Robin Shearer, Program coordinators for York County Homeless

Kelly Blechertas:

Kelly Blechertas is the Program Coordinator with the York County Coalition on Homelessness. Driven by a passion for helping people and service providers, she takes pride in providing the best collaboration opportunities possible in York County, to help both service organizations and residents of York County achieve their goals of safe, stable housing for all.

Robin Shearer:

The day-to-day operations of Friends & Neighbors are managed by Executive Director and co-founder Robin Shearer. Robin has served communities in various roles including domestic violence and sexual assault crisis intervention, director of youth ministries, and volunteer coordinator for various organizations.  She is currently serving as a member on the board of The BEAST Initiative and the Habitat for Humanity York Women Build planning committee.   Robin has also previously served as a board member for other nonprofit organizations.
