Natalie Wech will be speaking specifically on how the Financial/Banking Service Sector is in a Race for Relevance, and the importance of Multicultural and Digital Banking.

Natalie Wech is a Vice President and Business Banking Team Leader in the Greater Harrisburg Market, and has been a part of M&T Bank for 13 years. Natalie’s experience and leadership skills help business customers as they navigate these challenging times in the new normal. In addition to her role at the bank, she is a member of the Veterans, African American, iGen(inter-Generational), and Women’s Interest Network (WIN) Resource Groups, for which she previously served as Co-President for the WIN National chapter, and President as well as part of the founding committee for the WIN PA South/Central PA Chapter.

Natalie is a mother of two; a 7-year-old son, and a 4-year-old daughter. Before she came to Pennsylvania to pursue undergraduate and MBA degrees at Penn State University, she grew up in Zimbabwe, coming to the United States for new experiences.

Natalie dedicates her time to non-profits in Central PA as Vice President of the Board for New Hope Ministries, and as the Board Chair for the American Heart Association’s Capital Region. As a former ballerina, she used to teach classes, and loved sharing the magic and self-discipline of dance with her students. For her many accomplishments within the industry and her community, Natalie has been recognized on the Central Penn Business Journal’s Women of Influence and Forty under 40 lists for 2020.

We will also be hearing from Milton Hershey School senior Lydia Lausch who recently won 1st place in our Rotary 4-Way Test Speech Contest. She will be one of our local students advancing to Rotary District 7390 mid-level competition in March.
