Club Evening Meeting - The Bees are Back in Town

The Rotary Club of Essendon has decided on its project to celebrate the 100 years of Rotary in Australia

'100 Beehives in the Moonee Valley to commemorate 100 years of Rotary in Australia'

This is not a quick and easy project, with a number of participants involved, funds to be committed and long term planning necessary. We have enthusiastic support from the Moonee Valley City Council, Strathmore Men's Shed, a number of Rotary Clubs, Bendigo Bank and local bee-keepers.
Led by Michael Portelli we will be hearing from some of those involved to help us get an insight into the project and exactly what is proposed.
