Esther Homes: Standing with Women...Giving Mothers a Choice
Emily Seiple, Director of Community Development for Esther Homes, will speak to our group about her work helping mothers and their families at times of crisis in their lives.
Esther Homes opened in July, 2015 to create a community of hope, laughter and emotional support. The home is a place for mothers to lean in when they need practical help with needs such as transportation or childcare. It is also a place for them to launch out as they grow in things like budgeting so they can afford their own apartments or standing up in dreams like going to college. Since July, 2015 Esther Homes has had the opportunity to provide a home for four mothers, 4 newborn babies and two children in times of crisis in their lives.
