Joe Schmit, the popular sports achor for KSTP TV has won 17 Emmys and is also a popular keynote speaker. His book, "Silent Impact" has been a big seller. Joe is known as a very active community advocate and long time youth mentor for Big Brothers & Sisters. He won the Oddessy Award for commitment to youth mentorship and the Juvenile Diabites Community Research Leader of the Year 2005. He is also a current member of PACER Board and the Minnesota Vikings Advisory Board.
