Our Club excels in the International Avenue of Service!  Our signature project is "The Orphan Train" through which we facilitate relationship building and financial aid for 50+ orphanages on 5 continents.  We match donors with orphanages and in-country intermediaries who insure that funds sent to an orphanage are used for the purpose intended by the donor.

We also have regular commitments to Rotary Youth Exchange, Haiti's Children and Shelter Box.  This year for our Youth Exchange, we have a delightful German high school student, Sophie.  And our engaging Ambassadorial Scholar, Urban, has just returned home to Switzerland.

Each year we send cash to a program for children in Haiti.  The project was a pet of former member, the late Rev. Richard Williams.  Lastly, we also budget money for buying "Shelter Boxes", to provide temporary housing and supplies to victims of natural or civil disasters.

We are actively searching for a new YEC (Youth Exchange Counselor).  Toni Pabon is the current YEC and she will be stepping down in July to take on the role of Vice President / President Elect of our club.  The YEC will work closely with Dan Fose who is the YEO (Youth Exchange Officer) for our club.  If you are interested or want more information about this role, contact Toni Pabon.
