Our leadership has worked diligently to allow the Club to meet in person during the coronavirus pandemic, which we've generally been able to do since June 2020.  To continue having an in person option for our weekly meetings, the Board of Directors has established the following protocols, which will remain in place until further notice:
  • The wearing of masks in accordance with CDC and Nebraska HHS guidance is strongly encouraged.
  • Masks are encouraged to be worn other than when eating or drinking.
  • Guests are to be informed that wearing masks is strongly encouraged at meetings.
  • No more than 4 Rotarians or guests to a table.
  • A virtual (Zoom) attendance option will be offered for all meetings.
Given our meetings are held in a city facility, if the City of Seward adopts requirements that apply to our meetings, including prohibiting meetings in person, we will follow those requirements.

Club leadership recognizes and respects that Rotarians have differing views on the severity of the pandemic and on the effectiveness of masks.  All Rotarians also understand that we have voluntarily joined an organization that promotes "Service Above Self" and that we are encouraged to apply the Four Way Test to all that we think, say, and do.

We look forward to our upcoming meetings together.
