Our Club's programs this month share a common theme - the impact of Nebraskans.
The October programs for Seward Rotary will share, in varying ways, the impact of Nebraskans, past, present, and for the future.  The October 4th program will feature the work of the Nebraska State Historical Society Foundation, which helps preserve the state's history for future generations.  On October 11th, noted historian Jim McKee will share stories about what the generations of Nebraskans who came before us did to make this the Good Life.  October 18th will focus on the possibility for future impact right here in Seward County as we highlight the work of the Nebraska Community Foundation and our local affiliated fund, the Legacy Fund of Seward County.  Finally, on October 25th we'll hear how two fellow Nebraskans have turned their own personal tragedy into a cause that, with the help of Rotary clubs throughout the world, strives to ensure no one else has to endure the loss they did.

So make plans to attend this month's meetings and, better yet, bring your spouse, friend, co-worker, and prospective member with you.
