Seward native Rachel Tonniges, who now resides in Lincoln, won Seward Rotary Club’s Grocery Grab on Saturday, October 9, 2021.  As the winner, she was able to go on a two minute shopping spree at Seward’s Pac and Save Grocery Store and came away with over $1,000 worth of groceries.  Tonniges is the daughter of Sue and the late Doug Tonniges of Seward.

Seward Rotarians and local businesses sold Grocery Grab tickets over the past few months.  The profit from the Grocery Grab will be donated by Seward Rotary to the Seward Back Pack food supplement program, which provides food for 78 families in the community.  Thank you to everyone who purchased a ticket.
