The Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI), better understood as the University of Rotary, is coming again to our district on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 14. This seminar will be held at Central Pennsylvania College from 8:00 a.m. until approximately 2:30 p.m. A wonderful breakfast and lunch will be provided. Levels I, II, and III as well as the graduate course are planned. These courses are especially important for newer members to get them jump started into the wider world of Rotary and for those who are assuming increasing responsibility in their clubs.
