Hanover President Ralph Jodice is on an Attache reunion tour in Bulgaria with a group of former military attaches (military advisors to Ambassadors) who were all assigned in Beijing, China over 10 years ago. For the last 8 years, they've held mini-reunions in various countries. This year, the attaches and spouses, are hosted by the Bulgarians. The picture is of Ralph Jodice and Heinrich Winkelmayer. Heinrich is the President of the Rotary Club of Graz Schlossberg in Austria. Heinrich is a 16 year Rotarian. His club is in District 1910. He is a Major General (2-star) in the Austrian military.
Ralph and Heinrich discussed various Rotary topics to include membership, meetings, fundraising, grants, and the RI Convention next year in Toronto. They are pretty sure all that discussion constitutes a meeting!
Ralph said it was encouraging to hear just how much the clubs think alike, and how they are both committed to Make A Difference.
