DAY 1: FRIDAY, October 19th

DEPARTURE POINTS & TIMES:

  • 7:00AM        –       Oneonta – Wal-Mart
  • 8:00AM        –       Binghamton – Northgate Plaza
  • 9:30AM        –       Clarks Summit – Weiss Market

Travel to New York City. (Travel time is 2 ½ hours from last pick-up location.)

  • 11:45AM:     Approximate arrival in New York City – Manhattan.
  • 12:30PM – 2:30PM:    Enjoy an included LUNCH at the HARD ROCK CAFÉ. (151 Broadway) Shopping at HARD ROCK CAFÉ and TIMES SQUARE between 42nd and 43rd Streets
  • 2:30PM:    Depart for the UNITED NATIONS TOUR (there will be a security check)
  • 5:30PM - 7:00PM:     Shopping and dinner on own at Food Court in Grand Central Station
  • 7:00PM:     Depart the area for the Theater
  • 8:00PM:     Performance of KING KONG (The Broadway Theater, 1681 Broadway) Show is approximately 2 ½ hours. 
  • 11:00PM:     Depart for the Hotel. 

DAY 2: SATURDAY, October 20th:

  • 7:00AM:      A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST is included at the Hotel
  • 8:00 AM       Depart hotel for Rockefeller Center and appear live on THE TODAY SHOW.  You may be seen live on on national TV with this famous NBC Broadcast! 
  • 9:45AM - 2:00PM: Guided Tour of New York City – Manhattan area with local Guide. There will be on and off stops included along the tour, such as central Park, China town, 9/11 Memorial.
  • 2:00PM – 3:45PM:      Walk across the Brooklyn Bridge (weather permitting).
  • 4:00PM – 5:30PM:      Self-Guided Tour of the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
  • 5:30PM – 8:00PM:      Free time in TIMES SQUARE for dinner. (Madame Tussauds Wax Museum optional at own expense)
  • 8:00PM: Depart the TIMES SQUARE area for the EMPIRE STATE BUILDING. 
  • 8:15PM – 9:45PM:  See NEW YORK CITY from the EMPIRE STATE BUILDING OBSERVATORY. 
  • 9:45PM: Depart back to the Hotel.

DAY 3: SUNDAY, October 21st:

  • 7:00 – 8:00AM:      A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST at the Hotel is again included.
  • 8:00AM:       Depart the Hotel for LIBERTY PARK, NEW JERSEY.
  • 9:00 – 11:00AM:      Take LIBERTY PARK FERRY to the STATUE OF LIBERTY – sightseeing on LIBERTY ISLAND. **NOT inside the Statue or Ellis Island**
  • 11:45AM:  Take ferry to BATTERY PARK. Do NOT get off at Ellis Island. Re-board the Motorcoach and depart for LIBERTY PLAZA.
  • 12:00 – 2:00PM:  LIBERTY PLAZA for lunch and shopping.
  • 2:15 – 4:15PM:  SELF GUIDED TOUR of the AMERICAN MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY.
  • 4:15PM:       Depart for home. Rest stop en route home.
