Members are asked to present ideas of potential projects for us to support - non-profit organizations needing help.
We have the opportunity for a $3,000 project - $1,500 from the club and $1,500 matched by the District.
Do you know of a non-profit organization that can benefit from a project that will cost $3,000 (or less)?
Examples of the grants in the past - an updated the Child Care Room at Voices of Hope, provided equipment and furniture for the theater room at The Salvation Army center, purchased sports equipment for The Lincoln Lighthouse, purchase a laptop and projector for the Dyslexia Society for education and built a miniature golf course for The Northeast Family Center for use with the children and for events.
